Talisman Hire has a multitude of franchises nationwide that hire out industrial equipment and power tools. Their head office approached CallWorx for a centralised inbound call centre service to support their franchises and make sure that customers enjoy a uniform experience, across the board.
The Task at Hand
Talisman appointed CallWorx to create a centralised call centre service for all inbound calls from customers to all of their franchises nationally, and to ensure that their customers get the true Talisman experience, regardless of where they are.
The CallWorx Approach
CallWorx created one national contact number for all the Talisman franchises. The CallWorx system makes it possible for the call centre operators to transfer calls directly to each franchise, which in turn ensures that clients’ queries are handled straight away. CallWorx also runs this service in tandem with Talisman Hire’s own office hours, which includes half days on Saturdays.
Outcome
Talisman Hire has one national contact number for all of its franchises nationwide which is manned by a dedicated, centralised call centre to ensure a uniform client experience.
