Ovation Audience Relationship Team tasked CallWorx with calling guests who were invited to a major event, and encouraging them to RSVP online ASAP, with the aim to get optimal attendance.

The CallWorx qualified outbound call centre team called all the guests on Ovation Audience Relationship Team’s event invite list, checked whether they received their invites and encouraged them to electronically register for the event. All calls were recorded for quality control purposes, and the team was monitored and managed hour-by-hour, to ensure that the calls were of the highest standard.
